Cole came out the next day, connected everything with new hardware, and even took the time to share some great tips on keeping the drain clean. He was done in just 10 minutes and didn’t need to cut a hole in the wall, which the other company insisted was necessary. Cole was so kind and personable—he even checked on our water heater while he was here and shared some stories about moving into his own new house. It was clear he really cared. I’m thrilled to have found a company I can trust and will definitely be calling Copper Peaks for all our future plumbing needs. Their communication and service were simply fantastic. Tyson was great. He communicated when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about everything and was able to figure out what was wrong with our toilet quickly and efficiently. He gave us price estimates for other work we may be interested in the future which was greatly appreciated. I also appreciated the automatic texts from the company throughout the whole process.

Tyson was great! Got my toilet replaced and not leaking anymore. He also gave me an estimate on shower replacement. I'll be calling back as soon as I decide on new shower stall.

My poor elderly mom was without water. She had the hot water valve on her bathroom tub break. It was leaking so she had to turn the water off . She went and bought the part . Unfortunately her plumbing is different so noone knew how to fix it. There was another company we called which wanted 150 just for them to come out and look at it. Great work as always. They repaired our sewer pipe and left the area looking great after the work was completed. Always impressed by their efficiency, honesty, integrity and work ethic. Would highly recommend
